Cancellation by the Guide

In the event that the tour is cancelled by the guide, the client will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation due to Force Majeure

If the tour cannot physically take place due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters or other extraordinary circumstances beyond anyone’s control, a 100% refund will be issued.
Force majeure does not include transportation delays, flight cancellations, or individual travel-related issues.
In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule the tour, subject to the guide’s availability.

Cancellation by the Client

  • If the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the tour start time (Italian local time applies), the client will receive a 98% refund of the amount paid, whether it is a full payment or a deposit.
  • The remaining 2% is retained to cover non-refundable bank and payment processing fees.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the tour start time, no refund will be issued.
In any case, whenever possible, every effort will be made to reschedule the tour on nearby dates, depending on availability.
